Smart Cities

Explore 30 leading smart cities through a collection of short videos highlighting their approaches to smart urban development. Each video introduces a city’s key characteristics, technologies, policies, infrastructure, and innovative solutions, providing a concise overview of how cities around the world are responding to contemporary urban challenges.

This collection is inspired by the IMD Smart City Observatory and its assessment of smart cities, while focusing on selected cities from a previous edition rather than the current ranking.

The videos are intended as a learning and reference resource for understanding different approaches to building more connected, sustainable, inclusive, and citizen-oriented cities.
