City
Hamburg
درباره این ویدیو
Hamburg, the second-largest city in Germany, is a densely populated area with a city population of 1.8 million and 5 million in the metropolitan region. The city aims to create high-quality urban spaces by the water, incorporating housing, businesses, recreation, and leisure areas.
The mySMARTLife demonstration area, Bergedorf, is Hamburg’s largest district, located to the east of the city. This diverse area features a historic center with numerous heritage-listed houses as well as residential buildings. There are three intervention zones (Schleusengraben, Bergedorf-Süd, and the entire Bergedorf district) where 59 mySMARTLife actions will be implemented in Hamburg:
● Buildings and Energy:
More than 1,400 new residential units are planned for construction over the coming years (approximately 75 buildings). This includes the deployment of a new adaptive smart lighting system. Additionally, smart controls, automated home systems, and smart metering will be installed. A modest light pole initiative is planned to revitalize existing streetlights along a newly planned bike street.
● Transport and Mobility:
Five 12-meter buses and five 18-meter buses will be deployed for transportation in Hamburg-Bergedorf. Regarding charging infrastructure, the city of Hamburg has established more than 600 charging points across the entire Hamburg area, with 22 points in the Bergedorf district and 11 in the project area. Additionally, the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences will construct a clean energy charging station that will supply 100% green energy for electric cars and bikes.
● Technology and ICT:
Hamburg’s urban platform will be completed with the DTAG smart city ecosystem (T-Systems, AG) to form a “system of systems” based on DIN Spec 91357 concerning “open urban platforms.” Vertical smart city applications such as smart street lighting, intermodal routing, and the smart grid are among the innovations.
